The Team Behind Blue Repose
Blue Repose is guided by individuals who understand the weight of service and the importance of recovery. Together, we bring clinical expertise, real-world experience, and a shared commitment to creating a space where restoration is not a luxury—but a necessity.
Bridget Coghlan is the founder of Blue Repose, a wellness space and nonprofit initiative centered on restoration, recovery, and resilience for both first responders and the broader community.
A law enforcement professional with extensive experience in crime scene investigation and latent print examination, Bridget brings a deeply informed perspective on the cumulative impact of trauma in service-driven professions.
She holds a degree in Human Services, is certified in peer support, and maintains professional certifications in law enforcement and forensic disciplines—grounding her work in both lived experience and formal training.
Blue Repose was created from a simple but powerful belief: those who carry the most deserve a place to set it down. Through intentional stillness and restorative practices, Bridget’s vision is to shift the culture—creating space not only for those who serve, but for the communities they support.
