Blue Repose Foundation

Restoring those who serve

Who We Serve

We currently serve law enforcement and corrections professionals, along with the support roles that work alongside them—including dispatchers, crime scene personnel, evidence technicians, victim advocates, and others essential to the public safety community.

Blue Repose Foundation is being established in Martin County, Florida, with a focus on serving Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee counties. As the foundation grows, our mission is to expand access to restoration across the broader first responder community.

Founded by a law enforcement professional and former crime scene investigator, the Blue Repose Foundation was created from firsthand understanding of the weight carried in service—the mentality, the demands, and the limited access to spaces for recovery where individuals can reset and restore without judgement.

Our Approach

Supporting those who serve—at every stage of their career, with intention, care, and restoration.

Connection

Peer support reduces isolation, strengthens resilience, and fosters a sense of shared understanding.

Education

Understanding trauma and stress empowers individuals to care for themselves, their colleagues, and the communities they serve.

Recalibration

Intentional stillness and sensory-reduced environments, including float wellness, supports deep nervous system recovery.

If you are a law enforcement or corrections professional or part of a support role navigating stress, burnout, or the cumulative weight of service, you are not alone.

Blue Repose Foundation is currently building access to restorative wellness experiences designed specifically for those who serve. While services are not yet active, we are gathering interest from individuals who would like to be part of upcoming programs.

By addressing both prevention and recovery, we aim to shift the culture of service—creating healthier individuals, stronger families, and more sustainable careers.

Through partnerships, we seek to bridge the gap between communities and those who serve—fostering a shared commitment to investing in those who answer the call.

The Impact

Our work is carried out through two core initiatives—supporting both the beginning of a career and the long-term resilience of those who serve.

First Watch Initiative

Group-based | Integrated into new hire training programs

The First Watch Initiative is designed to support individuals entering a career in public safety.

Through trauma-informed education, healthy coping strategies, and restorative practices, participants are equipped with the tools to navigate stress from the start.

By introducing recovery early, this program helps build resilience, reduce cumulative stress, and create a stronger foundation for sustained longevity.

Each participant will receive:

  • A guided group discussion introducing peer support and its role in resilience

  • Trauma-informed wellness education and healthy coping strategies

  • A 60-minute float wellness experience to introduce intentional recovery

Restoration Initiative

Individual or small group | 4 week duration

After time on the force and exposure to trauma, burnout, and cumulative stress, participants are guided through restorative practices that support nervous system recovery.

Through peer support, predictability, and intentional stillness in sensory-reduced environments, the body can shift out of chronic activation and into a state of restoration.

This allows first responders to reset, recover, and return more present—for their work, their families, and their lives beyond the uniform.

Each participant will receive:

  • A peer support session focused on processing, connection, and continued support access

  • Restorative wellness materials and resources

  • A structured series of four 60-minute float wellness sessions to support sustained nervous system recovery

Our Reach

Through our initiatives, Blue Repose Foundation provides meaningful, measurable support to those who serve.

  • 30–50 individuals annually through the Restoration Initiative

  • 100–250 individuals annually through First Watch group-based programs

As the foundation grows, so will our reach—expanding access throughout the Treasure Coast and beyond.

Build With Us

Not all support is financial—some of the most meaningful contributions come through time, talent, and expertise.

If you or your business can assist with services such as construction, buildout, printing, photography, design, or other professional support, we welcome the opportunity to partner with you in bringing this vision to life.

Your contribution helps create a space where restoration becomes accessible to those who need it most—and brings this vision into reality.
